CREATE Conference
Identity Package
The art and graphic design departments of National Park College wanted to host a conference for their faculty and students. The goal of the conference was to bring together local artists, designers, illustrators, and college faculty to share their experience and wisdom with local high school and college students. We wanted the logo and branding to be clean and professional. It needed to be versatile so it could represent not only digital media but traditional media as well. The calligraphy pen worked well as an element to bridge these two expressive forms and replaced the A in “Create”. The X on top of the logo helps balance the design, but also represents the plus sign on the pen tool in Adobe Illustrator. The materials included signage, banners, tee shirts, grab bags, stickers and buttons.
These marketing materials were created for National Park College in Hot Springs, AR in 2018.
